Rules for using the Connected Stories Kiosk

1. About these terms

Vodafone Foundation (“VF”), the CSR arm of India’s leading telecom operator Vodafone Idea, together with Moinee Impact Foundation (“Moinee” and collectively, with VF, the “Organizer” or “We” or “Us”) is organizing and showcasing ‘eVidya Connected Stories — AI Based Story Creation Zone’ (the “Event” or “Services”).

These T&Cs explain how you may use the Kiosk, the story tools, and any printed or shared story. How we collect and use personal data is only in the Privacy Policy. How we collect and use your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which also includes data protection notice.

Defined terms

  1. “T&Cs” means these terms and conditions.
  2. “Kiosk” means the Connected Storytelling kiosk showcased at India Mobile Congress (“IMC”) 2026 from October 7–10, 2026.

1.1 Who may participate

The Event is designed for school students. By using the Services, you confirm that names, mobile number and any other details you enter are accurate.

The Event may be accessed by persons of any age.

Users who are 18 (eighteen) years old or above may access and use the Services directly. We will rely on your confirmation as to your age being 18 (eighteen) and above, and will not take any responsibility to independently verify this.

Users who are below 18 (eighteen) years old must obtain the permission of their parent, legal guardian or school staff to access and/or use the Services and the parent or legal guardian must provide their consent to these T&Cs and register on your behalf.

1.2 What you can do

Connected Stories lets participants create classroom-safe stories, picture books, and comic postcards. Prompts and story text are checked for child safety. Adult, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful content is not permitted.

1.3 Acceptable use

  • Use the Kiosk only for the Event and school-appropriate storytelling.
  • Do not bypass, test, or interfere with moderation or safety filters or intentionally generate prohibited content.
  • Do not interfere with other authors’ sessions or Kiosk equipment.
  • The Organizer may remove content, pause or end a session that breaks these terms, or restrict access where the Organizer considers it necessary for safety or believes that these T&Cs may have been breached by you at the Kiosk.

1.4 Purpose of Use

Access to the Services is provided as an educational and awareness tool only. The Organizer does not offer any rewards, prizes, or monetary benefits.

1.5 Stories and certificates

Stories created during the Event may be shown on Kiosk screens, printed, shared with the school, or used to issue certificates or awards. You grant the Organizer a non-exclusive right to use Event stories and first names for Event display, reporting, and education purposes.

1.6 Availability

The Services depend on venue connectivity and third-party tools. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular story result.

1.7 Related policy

During your usage of the Services, we may collect limited Personal Data (as defined in the Privacy Policy). Your Personal data will be stored, processed and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
