Vodafone Foundation (“VF”), the CSR arm of India’s leading telecom operator Vodafone, together with Moinee Impact Foundation (“Moinee” and collectively, with VF, the “Organizer” or “We” / “Us”) is organizing ‘eVidya Connected Stories — AI Based Story Creation Zone’.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of any personal data including digital personal data (i.e., any data in digital form about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data) (“Personal Data”) that We may receive from certain sources. In particular, We believe it is important for you to know how We treat information about you.

What data are we collecting?

We may collect Personal Data, including personal details (such as name and mobile number), event-specific data (such as queue number, story prompts, and story content), technical information, feedback, and viewing activity, from or about you, to the extent permitted under applicable law, for the specific purposes set out in the Privacy Policy (“Policy”) and the Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).

How will we use your Personal Data?

We process your Personal Data either directly or through third-party service providers acting on Our behalf for verification of your identity, to enable your participation in Connected Stories; setting up and maintaining your session for availing Services and subsequent modifications, providing you with periodic communication in relation with Connected Stories, administering the event, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination, communication regarding the Event, including updates, instructions, and results via SMS, WhatsApp, or e-mail and issuance of certificates and awards.

How can you manage your data?

We will seek to deal with your request without undue delay, and in any event, within any time limits provided for in the applicable Indian data protection laws (subject to any extensions to which We are lawfully entitled). Please note that if you withdraw your consent to the processing or request erasure of your Personal Data, the Organizers may not be able to provide you with the Services.
